All of the electrical wirings have been passed interiorly through the chassis tubes, and therefore are not exposed.
Unlike our light duty single axle trailers, all of our heavy duty 8×5 single axle trailers with brakes, come with longer step-up platforms along the sides. Ladder rack holders are welded to the sides so you can easily add a pair of ladder racks.
Additionally, all of our trailers come with extra supports on the chassis, which makes our trailers exceptionally durable and safe.

- 40mm×40mm SHS Support Beams from Front to Back
Mechanical Disc Brakes vs Hydraulic Brakes. Why do we use mechanical disc brakes?
- Mechanical disc brakes are considered to be more reliable and simpler to maintain than hydraulic brakes.
- They don’t require a complex hydraulic system because they use a cable to trigger the brake pads.
- The braking intensity can also be easily adjusted.
Benefits of Single Axle Over Dual Axle Trailers
- Lower Cost: Generally less expensive to purchase and maintain.
- Lighter Weight: Easier to tow.
- Maneuverability: More agile, easier to handle in tight spaces.
- Simpler Maintenance: Fewer tyres, brakes, and bearings to maintain.
The choice between a tandem or single axle trailer depends on the intended use and the load to be carried.
